Disassembly and discharge sequence of heat conduction oil pump
(1) Unscrew the bolts on the outlet side bearing end cover and the connecting bolts between the outlet section, tail cover and bearing body, and remove bearing end cover, bearing body and other bearing parts;
(2) unscrew the round nut on the shaft and unload the bearing inner ring, bearing gland and retaining ring in turn, unload the packing body (including packing gland, packing ring, packing, etc.);
(3) after unloading the 0-shaped seal ring, shaft sleeve, balance plate and keys on the shaft, unload the outlet section, the end guide vane, balance ring sleeve, etc.;
(4) After the final impeller and keys are removed, the middle section and guide vane are removed; Remove the impeller, middle and guide vane in turn until the front impeller is removed;
(5) After removing the pump coupling, unscrew the coupling nut of the inlet section and the bearing body and the bolt on the bearing gland, and remove the side bearing parts of the inlet section;
(6) Pull out the shaft from the inlet section, unscrew the fixed nut on the shaft, and remove the bearing inner ring, 0-shaped sealing ring and shaft sleeve in turn;
(7) the pump using sliding bearings, its disassembly sequence is basically the same, only slightly different in the disassembly of bearing parts.
Assembly of heat conduction oil pump
The assembly sequence of the pump is generally carried out in the opposite direction of the disassembly sequence. The assembly quality directly affects the normal operation and the service life and performance parameters of the pump. The following points should be paid attention to during assembly:
(1) should protect the machining accuracy and surface roughness of parts, not allowed to have scratches, scratches and other phenomena, for sealing with disulfide aluminum to clean, fastening screws and bolts should be uniform force;
(2) The neutral of impeller outlet flow passage and guide vane inlet flow passage is guaranteed according to the axial size of each part. The flow passage directly affects the performance of the pump, so the size of the pump can not be adjusted at will;
(3) after the assembly of the pump, before packing, rotate the pump rotor by hand, check whether the rotor is flexible in the pump, and whether the axial channeling momentum reaches the specified requirements;
(4) Press the packing after passing the check, and pay attention to the relative position of the packing ring in the packing cavity.
