A heat conduction oil pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, sealing ring, rotating shaft, shaft sealing and other components, some heat conduction oil pump is also equipped with regulating wheel, induction wheel, balance plate and so on.
1. Pump body: namely, the shell of the pump, including the suction chamber and the liquid pressure chamber.
(1) Inhalation
(2) Pressure chamber
Its function is to make liquid flow evenly into the impeller. Its role is to collect the liquid, and send it into the lower impeller or guide discharge pipe, at the same time reduce the speed of the liquid, so that the kinetic energy further into pressure energy. The pressure chamber has two forms of volute and guide impeller.
2. Impeller: it is the only component in the heat conduction oil pump to transfer energy to the liquid, the impeller is fixed on the shaft with keys, along with the shaft driven by the prime mover rotation, through the blade to the prime mover energy to the liquid.
Impeller classification:
(1) According to the liquid inflow classification: single suction impeller (there is an entrance on one side of the impeller) and double suction impeller (liquid flows symmetrically into the impeller passage from both sides of the impeller).
(2) According to the flow direction of the liquid relative to the rotating axis, it is classified as runoff impeller, axial impeller and mixed impeller.
(3) According to the structural form of impeller classification: closed impeller, open impeller and semi-open impeller.
3. Shaft: it is an important part to transfer mechanical energy. The torque of the prime mover is transmitted to the impeller through it. Pump shaft is the main parts of the pump rotor, the shaft is equipped with impeller, shaft sleeve, balance plate and other parts. The pump shaft is supported by bearings at both ends, and is rotated at high speed in the pump, so the pump shaft should have large bearing capacity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The material of pump shaft is generally carbon steel or alloy steel and treated by quenching and tempering.
4. Sealing ring: it is a sealing device installed between the rotating impeller and the static pump shell (the combination of the middle and guide vane). Its role is to increase the resistance of liquid flow between the high and low pressure cavity in the pump by controlling the gap between the two methods, and reduce leakage.
5. Sleeve sleeve is used to protect the pump shaft from corrosion and wear. The bushing can be replaced if necessary.
6. The packing box device between the shaft and the front and back end cover of the pump is referred to as the shaft seal, which mainly prevents the liquid leakage in the pump and the air from entering the pump, so as to achieve the purpose of sealing and preventing the cavitation of the pump caused by the air intake.
Form of shaft seal: namely rubber seal with skeleton, packing seal and mechanical seal.
