The hot oil pump shall be inspected, measured and assembled according to the requirements of the pump operation and maintenance manual during the disintegration process or after the parts are removed and cleaned. LMV/BMP-311, LMV-311 and LMV-322 high-speed pumps can be inspected, measured and assembled according to the standard of SHS 03044-2004 hot Oil Pump Maintenance and Overhaul Rules. Its overhaul mainly includes the following aspects.
1) pump
(1) Before assembling the impeller and induction wheel, it should be confirmed that the impeller and induction wheel have no damage or deformation. After assembling, it should be ensured that the radial runout of the impeller is less than or equal to 0.38mm and the end face runout is less than or equal to 0.15MMO
(2) Transmission keys should be free from damage and deformation.
(3) During the assembly of the hot oil pump, the bolt on the pump cover, the bolt on the impeller and the induction wheel, and the fixing bolt on the sealing assembly shall be tightened with a torque wrench, and the torque value shall meet the requirements.
2) growth in the box
(1) The high-speed shaft bearing should have no ablative, adhesion, abrasion and other defects, and the clearance value of the bearing bearing should meet the requirements of the operation manual after assembly.
(2) Thrust tile should be replaced if it is seriously worn or has defects.
(3) The outer diameter of bearing and bushing shall be matched with H7/ H6, and the inner diameter of bushing shall not be greater than 0. 068mm after wear; Rolling bearings should be confirmed without pitting corrosion, scar pits, burrs and other defects before assembly, and should rotate freely, and the radial clearance after assembly should not be greater than 0.06m.
(4) Deep groove ball bearings on low speed shafts or intermediate shafts must be installed in place.
(5) When assembling shafts, gears and ball bearings, the gears and bearings shall be uniformly heated, and the journal shall be pre-cooled, and its temperature shall be controlled within a certain range.
