2: gas welding repair method
Single stage single suction centrifugal pump is a kind of adhesive repair agent before curing, which has high strength, high hardness, no shrinkage and no rust after curing. It is suitable for filling and repairing pores, cracks, trachomere and other places of steel, iron and other metal materials, with strong adhesive effect. Make sure that the blade surface is smooth and smooth when brushing the last time.
3: epoxy resin repair method

Take appropriate amount of epoxy resin, ethylenediamine, dibutyl phthalate and acetone and mix them in glass ware according to the proportion and the order of heat preservation gear pump. Dip a wool brush into the epoxy resin and brush the sand holes and pores on the surface of the blade. When brushing, gently squeeze out the bubbles in the middle of the sand holes and pores with a sharp cone, and try to evenly coat them as much as possible. After curing with epoxy resin 1-2h, brush and smear 2 ~ 3 times. After painting, the impeller is placed in 20-30℃ and low relative humidity environment, and slowly curing for 48h. Before repair, the floating rust, dirt, etc. around the intended repair place should be cleaned up and roughened. Before treatment, use a polishing machine to remove rust and dirt on the surface of the blade, and then use oxygen acetylene flame to blow away debris in the pores, and then fill the hole with copper wire of appropriate thickness, at the same time with a sharp hammer, the copper wire extrusion, extrusion into the hole, and finally file. Before the rapid steel colloid to solidify, forcibly stick to the repair, and with the colloid solidification process force (hand or tool) multiple compaction, enhance the adhesive and blade adhesion.
