Start and debug the pump
The test run of the pump is a specific test of the manufacturing and installation quality of the pump, and it is also a process for the operators to be familiar with and master the operating performance of the equipment.
General single stage high temperature heat conduction oil pump test run test run should have the conditions
(1) After the installation of the system, the pressure test or water filling test of the pipeline has been qualified, and the support and hanger of the pipeline have been adjusted.
(2) The pump inlet has been installed with appropriate flow area of the filter.
(3) The electrical and control system have been installed, the motor has been idled test, the direction is correct. The accident button test is qualified
(4) The meter of the pump has been verified and installed.
(5) The secondary grouting of foundation reaches the design strength.
(6) There is enough space around the equipment, with smooth roads and good lighting.
(7) Normal communication.
2. Start and stop of heat conduction oil pump
(1) Prepare sufficient water and fill the oil pump with oil.
(2) Switching system. According to the requirements of the test run system, the valves that need to be opened should be opened, and the valves that need to be closed should be closed.
(3) Open the shaft seal and bearing cooling water and adjust the flow rate to an appropriate level.
(4) Start the oil pump and stop the pump with the local accident button after the speed is fixed.
(5) Start the oil pump again, and gradually open the outlet valve after the speed is fixed, and gradually adjust the flow according to the outlet pressure gauge.
(6) Check the vibration of oil pump and motor.
(7) Check the lubrication of oil pump and motor bearings and the temperature rise of bearings.
(8) Check the motor current and temperature rise.
(9) Adjust the shaft seal cooling oil, generally should be every few minutes there should be water droplets and touch the root temperature rise. If the above vibration, lubrication, current and temperature rise are normal, the operation can continue. If any of the above is not normal, the pump should be stopped to find the cause and eliminate the defect before continuing to start running.
