In the process of using thermal insulation gear pump will inevitably encounter some problems, the following problems often encountered by customers simply say, I hope to help!
Assembly and disassembly
1. Clean all parts to be installed.
2. Install the mechanical seal on the motor spindle, and add a small amount of clean turbine oil or no. 20 oil on the surface of the dynamic and static rings of the mechanical seal.
3. Install the impeller and fasten it with the impeller nut.
4. Install the "0" type ring and tighten the pump body and motor end cover with bolts. Attention should be paid to the clearance between the impeller front cover and the pump body is 20.0.5 mm, and the impeller inlet outer ring and the pump body ensure a certain operating clearance.
5. Reverse the disassembly sequence.
Installation and use
1. Connect the flange at both ends of the pump body with the pipe flange with the rubber washer and bolt, that is, complete the installation. For the convenience of use and maintenance, a regulating valve should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump.
2. Open the inlet control valve, so that the water into the pump, to keep the sealing chamber full of liquid (otherwise it will damage the seal), close the outlet valve.
3. Switch on the power supply and click to ensure correct steering.
4. After the steering is confirmed, start and run the pump.
5. Adjust the outlet valve opening, so that the pump runs near the design point, according to the rated flow and head of the pump near. For this purpose, it is better to install a pressure gauge near the outlet flange. Note: the pump is strictly prohibited to operate without water, so as not to damage the seals.
RCB gear pump troubleshooting method
1. No water is injected into the insulation pump. The direction of rotation is wrong, and the impeller runner is blocked.
Add water to the insulation pump, pass through the impeller channel, and adjust the direction of rotation.
2. Heat preservation pump flow is insufficient heat preservation pump part blockage, revolution is too low, the total head is higher than the pump rating value, impeller damage.
Clean insulation pump and pipe, replace impeller, increase the shaft revolution of insulation pump, adjust the outlet valve.
3. The outlet pressure is insufficient, there is air in the liquid, the speed is too low, the impeller is damaged, and the outlet valve is too large.
Remove the air in the liquid, increase the speed of the pump, replace the impeller, and adjust the outlet valve.
4. Pump power consumption is too large (motor heating) mechanical defects such as running clearance is too small, motor shaft bending, bolt loosening, etc., the pump works under too large flow that is, the pump works under far lower than the rated head.
Check the mechanical parts to adjust the treatment in time, and adjust the outlet valve to make the pump work near the rated flow and head.
5. Insulation pump vibration pipeline system is not supported well, the impeller is partially blocked, resulting in imbalance, cavitation, air in the liquid.
Check the pump support department, tighten the nut, pass the impeller to make it balance, eliminate crossgas.
6. Thermal insulation pump water leakage mechanical seal damage, type 0 ring damage, pump body water leakage.
Replace the mechanical seal and type 0 ring, and weld the leaking part of the pump body.
7. The insulation pump is overheated and the bearing is short of oil, and the insulation pump is overloaded.
Refueling at bearing, press 4 to exclude.
