The warm-up process should be correct. The general process is: pump outlet pipeline → inlet and outlet cross line → pre-hot wire → pump body → pump inlet.
The preheating valve cannot be opened too large to prevent the reverse of the pump.
Pump body preheating speed generally can not be too fast, should be less than 50℃/h. In special cases, the pump body can be steam, hot water and other measures to speed up the preheating speed.
Preheating every 30~40 minutes should turn 180°, so as to avoid uneven heating up and down the pump shaft and bending.
Bearing box, pump seat cooling water system to be opened to protect bearing and shaft seal.
