In the process of daily use of pumps, we should strengthen the maintenance of
centrifugal pumps and increase relevant maintenance knowledge:
5.1 Routine Maintenance
5.1.1 Check flow rate, head, current, oil temperature, oil pressure, vibration of growth box, sealing leakage and no abnormal phenomenon, and carefully fill in the record.
5.1.2 The oil filter and lubricating oil should be changed every six months, and SHS 01002-2004 Lubrication Management System for Petrochemical Equipment should be strictly implemented.
5.1.3 Oil cooler cleans scale and other impurities every six months.
5.1.4 Carry out inspection and maintenance according to process operation rules to eliminate defects.
