The heat preservation principle of BWG type heat preservation oil pump is that the pump body is welded with a layer of stainless steel heat preservation jacket, which can be used through steam or hot water to keep the pump cavity warm and prevent the medium material from solidifying in the pump cavity. The working efficiency is greatly improved, and effectively prevent the damage to the pump caused by material solidification.

 

 

Structural characteristics of insulated oil pump

This series oil pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, safety valve and shaft end seal. After heat treatment, the gear has higher hardness and strength, and is installed with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve. The lubrication of all parts in the pump is automatically achieved by using the output medium when the pump is working.

The heat preservation oil pump has a reasonable design of oil drainage and oil return groove, is the gear in the work under the minimum torque force, so the bearing load is small, small wear, high pump efficiency.

Viewed from the overhanging end of the spindle to the pump, it rotates clockwise. The pump can be installed vertically.
