General requirements for pump foundations
(1) The basic size of the heat conduction pump is usually determined according to the size of the pump base, and the distance from the base edge to the base edge is generally 100-120mm. The foundation surface is usually 200mm higher than the ground. The reserved holes for anchor bolts are 100 X 100 square holes. Depth is determined by anchor bolt length
Sure.
(2) The pump foundation must be able to withstand the maximum static and dynamic load of the pump and pipeline, without any damage and settlement affecting the operation of the pump.
(3) Base weight for rotary pump. Generally at least 3 times the total weight of the pump unit, 5 times for RY heat conduction oil pump pump.
(4) In order to avoid resonance, the ratio of the frequency of the interference force to the natural frequency of the foundation and pump system should be less than. .7 or greater than 1.3.
(4) The thickness of concrete between the periphery of the reserved bolt hole and the outer surface of the foundation should not be less than 75mm,
(5) In order to remove the floating slurry and attachments on the top surface of the foundation, the 5-20mm thick surface layer should be chipped away to allow for initial shrinkage. Adequate grout allowance should be left.
(6) The foundation surface requiring secondary grouting should be shoveled out of the pockmarked surface, the surface is not allowed to have oil and loose layer, the foundation surface where the pad iron is placed should be leveled, and the levelness tolerance is 2mm/m.
