(I) Preparation before startup
1) Check whether the lubricating oil level of the heat conduction oil pump is in the middle line of the calibrated oil standard to avoid being too high or too low;
2) Check whether the fixed connecting screw of each part of the pump is loose, whether the two shaft positions of the coupling are concentric, and whether the end clearance is suitable for (3-5mm)
3) Turn 3-5 laps to see whether the rotation is flexible, there is no blockage and noise;
4) Open the inlet and outlet valves of the pump and open the gas valve at the same time to fill the pump with liquid. After letting off the gas in the pump, close the vent valve. When the water flow does not come by self-pressure, the vacuum pump can be started to absorb water;
5) Open the cooling water system for cooling cycle;
6) After opening the movable outlet valve, close the pump outlet valve.
(2) Start-up and operation
1) Rotate the start button to observe whether the pump is turning correctly, whether the pressure, current, running sound and vibration of the pump are normal, otherwise, the machine will be stopped immediately;
2) After the speed of the pump is normal, slowly open the outlet valve of the pump, and adjust to the required pump pressure and flow.
3) During operation, keep the temperature of the flow bearing of the pump and motor not more than 80c, or not higher than the ambient temperature of 40C;
4) Check and adjust the leakage of packing, 10-30 drops per minute, packing box temperature should be less than 80℃;
5) Bearing oil level should be kept in the middle line of the oil standard, not too high or too low, too low to timely supplement;
6) Inspect the heating, vibration, noise and other operating conditions of the running pump regularly according to the provisions.
Handle anomalies in time and make operation records carefully.
(three) stop the pump
1) Gradually close the outlet valve, when the pump outlet pressure rises, press the stop button;
2) After the heat conduction oil pump stops, turn the car 3-5 times, close the inlet and outlet valves and cooling water system, and mark the outage;
3) If the indoor temperature is below 0 degrees, the water in the pump should be released to avoid freezing and cracking;
4) In case of emergency, the power can be cut off first, then the outlet valve can be closed, and timely report to the superior department;
5) The pump shall be disabled once every 24 hours with the operator in charge of turning.
(four) pump back
1) Check the standby pump, turn down the outlet valve of the pump to stop, and control its discharge
2) Start the pump operation procedures, start the standby pump, adjust the pressure and displacement;
3) Stop the pump according to the steps of stopping the pump;
4) After the pump operation is finished, record the operation and inform the relevant departments.
