Epoxy resin pump is mainly used for conveying epoxy resin. The pump is characterized by low revolution, smooth operation and long service life. The pump body is provided with a heat preservation device to heat and transport the resin in the pump. Our company developed and produced this kind of heat preservation resin pump in 2002, conveying viscosity range: 10-300000CST.
 
Product structure and features: first, by means of heat conduction oil or steam through the pump body, such as heat preservation jacket of the resin to heating melting inside the pump, for convenient transportation, is also an excellent resistance to high temperature of pump at the same time, through the belt or reduce motor reducer such as device original revolutions, such transport up more smoothly, longer service life.
 
Epoxy resin pump structure: mainly composed of pump body (with insulation), internal and external rotor, bracket, pump cover, seal, shaft and other parts, the structure is more complex than ordinary gear pump or centrifugal pump. Motor and pump are connected by belt or coupling, small flow of resin pump with thread connection, slightly large flow of flange link,
