1: the pressure does not go up: the outlet of the gear oil pump cannot reach the specified value, the main reasons are :1) the side plate of the oil pump is worn and the axial clearance is too large, causing serious internal leakage; 2) the overflow method is improperly adjusted or the overflow method is damaged; 3) the skeleton oil seal is damaged; 4) the hydraulic components in the system leak.
Ii. Noise: Abnormal noise occurs when the oil pump is working, which is generally caused by the following reasons:
1) The aging suction pipe is sucked flat or the filter device is partially blocked, so that the oil flow is not smooth;
2) Oil suction pipe leakage or oil mixed with air, oil pump suction empty
3) The flow area of the oil inlet and outlet pipelines is too small, resulting in too large oil flow rate and causing system noise;
4) The pump shaft is different from the prime mover shaft, causing working noise.
