When there is no maximum flow, it is usually 1.1 times the normal flow as the maximum flow.
2: another important performance data of head dry cleaning oil pump required by the device system, generally, the selection of head should be based on 5% to 10% margin amplification.
3: Liquid properties, including the name of the liquid medium, physical properties, chemical properties and other properties, physical properties with temperature density d, c u viscosity, solid particle diameter and gas content in the medium, etc., this is related to the system of the head, effective computing cavitation allowance and appropriate pump type: chemical properties, mainly refers to the chemical corrosion resistance and toxicity of liquid medium, It is an important basis for selecting pump materials and selecting a type of shaft seal.
4: the device system of pipeline layout conditions refers to the liquid feeding height liquid feeding distance liquid feeding direction, suction such as the side of the lowest liquid level discharge side of the highest liquid level and some data and pipeline specifications and length of material pipe specifications, quantity, etc., in order to carry out the system head calculation and PNDC check.
5: There are many contents of operating conditions, such as liquid operation T saturated steam force P, suction side pressure PS(absolute), discharge side container pressure PZ, altitude, ambient temperature operation is clearance or continuous, pump position is fixed or removable. The above basis shall be put forward by the design institute or the user, or our sales staff shall assist the user to put forward, and fill in the oil pump data sheet carefully.
